Grafton Street, Dublin is a charity collectors dream - it's a narrow street, fully pedestrianised and a huge volume of people pass through it daily. Commuters coming from the luas (tram) heading towards the city center are forced down grafton street as are those coming from the city center back up to catch the luas. The top of grafton street (beside St Stephens Green) is where you're most likely to find chuggers, charity collectors and street performers. Also expect to plenty of buskers.
